Thus far, the European clay-court season has experienced rather chilly conditions. But by the time Roland Garros arrives at the end of the month, things are bound to heat up. That’s why Adidas has designed its latest Paris Collection to keep its players cool and comfortable.

The 15-piece lineup features Heat.Rdy technology and Freelift construction for the utmost in moisture-management, ventilation and freedom of movement.

“Clay is always the most challenging surface to play on. With my baseline style of play, I need to be more dynamic on clay to allow for slipping on softer ground," said Adidas ambassador Elina Svitolina. "During these high-intensity matches, it’s important to feel supported, the smallest distraction in the wrong moment can make or break a point."

Adidas isn’t generally shy when it comes to daring color and pattern arrangements. However, the pieces in this collection have been pared back, using zero prints to allow for other design features to take center stage.

Bold color blocking appears prominently, with white and black paneling on the clothes meant to emulate the lines of a tennis court. A bright “spark” of golden yellow is used throughout to infuse the sense of energy that accompanies an intense match.

Several of the pieces—six apparel and two footwear—celebrate the brand’s “Move For The Planet” initiative. The yearly program uses collective movement to create collective change. This year, for every 10 minutes of movement users log on the adidas running app from May 10-22, the company will donate $1 to projects that provide education on sustainability and make sports facilities more resilient against extreme weather conditions.

All the pieces are available to buy at adidas.com, the adidas app and select tennis specialty retailers.

Here’s a look at what Adidas players like Svitolina, Stefanos Tsitsipas and more will be wearing in Paris and throughout the clay court season:
