Cara Black, who just won the WTA Finals with Sania Mirza (6-1, 6-0 over Shuai Peng and Su-Wei Hsieh), may retire from the game. The South African decided in September that she that she may not play again next year and told Mirza she should find another partner. Mirza and Hsieh have decided that they will play togther in 2015.

A former No. 1 in doubles, the 36-year-old Black has a two-year-old son. She isn't sure whether she will return to the tour.

“Sania is in the prime of her career at the moment, and I just said to her at the U.S. Open that I'm not too sure what I'm going to do next year and how much I'm going to play,” Black told TENNIS.com. “I'm just struggling with my body a little bit. There have been some matches where I haven't been able to recover."

At the moment, Black is happy with her latest comeback. "It's been fantastic," she said. "You know, traveling with a baby as is not easy. It's very tiring and I feel it's taken a lot out of me. All same I've enjoyed it, but it has been very stressful at times. I just want to wind down a little bit and see where the next step takes me. I'm not making the decision now.”
