TIME TO SAY GOODBYE  After 17 years on the ATP World Tour, Michael Russell, a super-fit terrier of a veteran at age 37, retired from pro tennis upon his loss at the U.S. Open. One of the most well-liked gents on tour, he deserves a proper sendoff, and he gets it in an ATPWorldTour.com video. You simply have to admire a guy who appears to have held onto the tournament towel of at least every major event he played in (32 for him, by the way).
