2016 Fashion Hit: Bouchard's Roland Garros dress

In a year that dealt tennis observers a good many surprises, mavens such as Maria Sharapova and Roger Federer were missing for much of the season, inciting a certain parity in the fashion field. Even so, here are the carefully curated best of the best:

At Roland Garros, Eugenie Bouchard rocked a pale-navy jersey-style dress that appeared as comfortable as pajamas. The small cutouts on the Nike dress's neck made for a fun detail.

It made for an aesthetically pleasing counter-color to the terre battue in Paris and provided another lovely example of a player winning big by not over-hitting, so to speak.
