Tennis Channel host Prakash Amritraj is staying at home just like the rest of the world, but the fitness guru isn't taking any breaks from his workout routine. Amritraj is partnering with GQ India to share his fitness expertise with the world and radiate positive vibes.

"The more you worry about the things you can't control, the less you'll deal with the things you can control," Amritraj said, when he began his 30 day challenge.

Although the coronavirus has changed many aspects of every day life, Amritraj is focusing on what he can control and that's staying positive and healthy. Each day, the 36-year-old is taking fans through a series of simple yet effective stay-at-home workouts that require no weights.

It's not all big gains, as the fitness guru also addressed stretching, a vital component to any successful workout and an essential in terms of recovery. Amritraj covered a couple upper and lower body stretches that will help to push through the second half of the month.
