Racquet: Head Gravity Pro 2025 ($279)

When a player swings as big as Rublev does, generating pace is not an issue. He requires a low-powered racquet that can direct all his heavy artillery at their intended targets. With its thin, constant beam and 18x20 string pattern producing top-notch feel and control, the Gravity Pro is the perfect complement.

For this latest edition, the balance point on the frame has been lowered making easier to handle and accelerate. The flex is also a bit lower, primarily because of the expansion of Auxetic into the yoke. The carbon fiber construction helps create a better response at contact, regardless of impact location on the string bed. Another new wrinkle is a half-cap grommet construction that adds stability to the frame and durability to the top of the hoop. The Pro is a demanding racquet, but if you’ve got the game it will help make it shine. The beautiful cosmetic is a nice bonus.

Apparel: K-Swiss RBLV MI M.F.P. Shirt ($90); RBLV MI Shorts ($75)

After starting his own apparel label (Rublo) in 2023, Rublev shared his design inspirations with K-Swiss. This shirt bearing his logo is made from recycled quick-drying eco-friendly coffee yarn to keep wearers comfortable and cool. The motion free pattern uses special textures to support unfettered tennis movements. Just below the shirt’s collar reads “Play For the Kids”—reflecting Rublev’s desire to make a difference in young lives.

The shorts share the same unique composition for a lightweight and stretchy feel that limits restrictions when in motion. The fabric also possesses odor and moisture-management properties that are superior to polyester. An elastic waistband helps create a custom fit.

Shoes: K-Swiss Hypercourt Pinnacle ($180)

As its name indicates, this latest addition to the Hypercourt family is designed to be the ultimate competition shoe. The defining feature is the full-length carbon fiber plate running through the midsole. It gives the shoe maximum stability and energy return during intense movement. A lateral support chassis bolsters the mid-foot even further when exploding in either direction. The bootie construction with internal X-Cinch strap gives the breathable mesh upper a secure, glove-like fit. A PU cage encapsulates the forefoot to protect against toe-dragging and enhance durability. The Dragguard 7.0 modified herringbone outsole with increased abrasion-resistance in high wear areas provides superior traction on any surface.
