What's a fitting reward for winning one of the biggest titles in tennis? For Aryna Sabalenka, it's hot, fresh Italian pizza.

After beating Iga Swiatek in a three-set thriller to win the Mutua Madrid Open for a second time, Sabalenka joined Prakash Amritraj at the Tennis Channel desk to dish about how the match was won, what she was most proud of, and—most importantly—her plans for her victory celebration.

Having had her fill of sweet treats, including cookies and a cake, to celebrate turning 25 the day prior to Saturday's final, Sabalenka said any victory party for her latest trophy would have to consist of famous local fare once she arrived at the tour's next stop: Rome.

"What on Earth are you going to celebrate with tonight?" Amritraj asks.

"Probably pizza, the next one!" she says, laughing. "I'm going to wait until tomorrow. Tomorrow's pizza, pasta, and all Italian food."

Twice a champion in Madrid, Sabalenka will bid to extend her newly-minted clay-court winning streak at the Internazionali BNL d'Italia, where she reached the semifinals last year.

Completing the Madrid-Rome double has been a rare feat on the WTA Tour; only Dinara Safina (2009) and Serena Williams (2013) have completed the feat since the events were first held consecutively in 2009.

And despite having never reached the second week of Roland Garros in five previous career appearances, clay is a surface where Sabalenka thinks she can thrive.

"I really enjoy playing on clay, because I have extra time," she said in her post-final press conference. "It's not super fast, so I can go for my powerful shots, because ... I have a lot of time here. That's why I really enjoy clay, because it's longer rallies. It's like not just bomb, bomb, you know. You have to work for every point, and that's really amazing."
