Many young players have the talent to go far, but often are blocked from reaching their fullest potential due to lack of finances. Clothing brand Ascot Manor is looking to change the all too familiar narrative by helping under-resourced junior players.

The socially conscious brand believes no child should be stripped of their tennis dreams due to their socioeconomic status.

Ascot Manor also goes above and beyond with its Lower the Net initiative. The clothing brand sponsors local transportation, tennis academies, coaching, equipment and even tournament registration fees for junior players.

Founded by industry leader Ahlilah Longmire, the black-owned business sells all of the essentials for both men and women and even boasts some off-court athleisure attire.

Longmire spent time conducting extensive research which included speaking to coaches and retired professional players to better understand how to support young players.

The Ascot Manor founder also started Tesla Group, a lifestyle PR-Marketing & Events agency in 2008. She has worked with numerous brands for top athletes throughout her career. Her biggest and most rewarding accomplishment is being able to support the dreams of talented young players.

With the brand's one-for-one model, customers will not only look their best on the court, but will also feel great about contributing to the Ascot Manor mission.
