ATP colleagues wish Federer a happy birthday

The world No. 3's competitors offer him well wishes.

Roger Federer celebrated his 35th birthday on Monday, and it’s not every day that an ATP player receives a video collage with birthday messages from his colleagues.

The accolades don’t just come pouring in from players in his own age group (like compatriot Stan Wawrinka), but also from youngsters who grew up idolizing the 17-time Grand Slam champion. Nick Kyrgios calls Federer the greatest of all time, while fellow youth Dominic Thiem says he hopes the Swiss sticks around for a long time.

Don’t we all.

Federer cut his season short after falling in the Wimbledon semifinals to Milos Raonic (who also plays a part in the birthday clip). He's expected to return in January.
