Rest easy, Honey Deuce stans: The US Open’s signature drink isn’t going anywhere.

The USTA announced on Wednesday that it will extend its long-running partnership with Grey Goose Vodka and remain home to the famed Honey Deuce cocktail.

“Grey Goose is thrilled to bring the Honey Deuce back to New York for its 17th year as the official signature cocktail of the US Open,” said Aleco Azqueta, Grey Goose’s Vice President of Marketing. “Since 2007, we’ve been proud to be a part of nearly two million toasts to excellence and best-in-class tennis at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

“The Honey Deuce has become an integral part of the US Open experience for so many fans, and we look forward to continue making history with our partners at the USTA for many years to come.”

So popular was the drink and its souvenir cup that rumors of a shortage sent shockwaves through the grounds of the USTA National Tennis Center in 2022: despite the false alarm, the US Open nonetheless sold a record-breaking 405,000 servings last year.

“Our partnership with Grey Goose is unique and standard-setting in a number of ways," said Deanne Pownall, Managing Director, Corporate Partnerships, USTA. "Grey Goose was the first spirits brand to become an official US Open partner. It was groundbreaking to introduce a US Open signature cocktail and the Honey Deuce continues to evolve and exceed expectations.

“Over the past 17 years, Grey Goose's support of the tournament and innovative spirit has helped to drive our collective success. We are thrilled to celebrate this renewal and look forward to many more years of partnership.”

In addition to enjoying the on-site treat all around the grounds—including the Food Village and all three of the US Open’s major show courts: Arthur Ashe, Louis Armstrong, and Grandstand Stadium—fans will continue to be able to make home-made Honey Deuces thanks to the return of the Honey Deuce Express kit, which debuted last year.
