It's a known fact that professional tennis players are road warriors, but one natural curiosity often persists as it pertains to the global-trotting nature of the ATP and WTA tours: How do the heck do they fit all of their stuff in their suitcases on long-haul trips abroad?

In a new Instagram reel this week, Australia's Daria Saville answered that question with an old adage: a place for everything, and everything in its place ... plus at least a half-dozen meticulously-organized packing cubes.

After a first-round loss to fellow Aussie Kimberly Birrell in qualifying at the Omnium Banque Nationale, Saville took fans along for the ride in her hotel room as she packed to leave Montreal, and loaded up her suitcases and tennis bag with all of her various items.

Just a few of her space-saving hacks included rolling up her lululemon on-court match kits and practice gear were in packing cubes; layering them on top of her off-court apparel on one side of her suitcase; and tucking away her off-court shoes, strings, supplements and skincare on the other side. She stored her tennis shoes, hair bands and scrunchies in her tennis bag alongside her racquets, while her dirty laundry bag was stored in another compartment in her suitcase.

But is Saville's latest behind-the-scenes clip in fact the quintessential example of, "Do as I say, not as I do?" Maybe so. In the comments, the Aussie shared that she has a tendency to overpack.

"Probably too much training gear since I can actually do laundry everywhere I go and they do it every three [or] four days," she said.

Even still, the Aussie (and all of her bags) made it safely to the airport, and onto the plane, ensuring that she'll be well-prepared for her next tournament.
