Call it a pioneering clip for what Djokovic may deliver. But after that, Williams gave us the eponymous Serena documentary earlier this year. So let's talk about the forthcoming film's not-so-stirring working title. Novak. Amazon, you reign supreme among online-purchasing portals: You. Can. Do. Better. Try some of these ideas instead:
+ Lights, Camera, Novaktion
+ You Lean to the Left, Jelena on the Right
+ Novaktually
+ V-V-Victory! V-V-Veganism!
It's difficult to imagine that Djokovic will truly pull back the curtain on his historically, famously private training. Even so, the show,to be featured on Amazon's Prime Instant Video platform, promises compelling storytelling about the Djoker's "mental and fitness routines, and commitment to healthy-food rules and habits."
Not exactly the most compelling television, by the sound of it, but Djokovic's enduring personality and, well, endurance, all but promise a highly watchable experience.
Until the show's arrival sometime next year, everyone will just have to watch Djokovic win more titles. He's set to face Stan Wawrinka in the US Open final on Sunday for Grand Slam No. 13.
