With his year-end No. 1 ranking in hand and the 2020 season behind him, Novak Djokovic is getting away from it all in the Serbian mountains with his family.

In a post sharing snaps of the family outdoors, Djokovic explained that some of the inspiration for his daughter Tara's name came from the Tara mountain. Located in western Serbia, the forested mountain is part of the Dinaric Alps.

Djokovic and his wife Jelena welcomed Tara into their lives in 2017. She's their second child after they had a son, Stefan, in 2014.

While Djokovic was competing at the ATP Finals in London (where he reached the semifinal round), his young family was exploring his home country. Djokovic married Jelena on Sveti Stefan in Montenegro in July of 2014.
