Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray had some kind words to say about one another at the Qatar Exxon Mobil Open in Doha. The duo helped launch the 2017 season in Qatar, where nine of the Top 10 players will be this week.

A court was constructed for the two stars in front of the Museum of Islamic Art. Fans got to enjoy a friendly mini game between the two top players on the planet who are set to resume battling for the No. 1 spot throughout the season.

Djokovic, seeded No. 2, kicked his year off with a 7-6 (3), 6-3 win over Jan-Lennard Struff. His former coach Boris Becker was pleased.
