There’s no denying the amazing cushioning of the Adidas Boost. First created for running shoes, this underfoot system heat-steams individual pea-sized foam capsules together for a sole that retains its property and absorbs shock. The Tennis Energy Boost moves the cushioning full foot. Along with the cushioning, testers appreciated the support and the mix of stability and flexibility.
The breathability performed at par and the weight was a pleasant combination of structure and lightness. Fit, along with durability on hard courts, were concerns. While still allowing for break-in time near the toe, the shoe was too roomy for most. Issues are mitigated, however, with a
30-day comfort warranty.
