The title of GQ's Most Stylish Man of 2016 may have gotten into Roger Federer's head a little as he suited up for this year's Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala — an annual fundraiser bringing forth the best in fashion, sports, film and art — in a Gucci tuxedo with a cobra printed on the back.

Looking slick for an event isn't anything new to Federer who is consistently one of the best dressed men wherever he goes.

With how crazy the suits and dresses get at this fundraiser, it's only natural that Federer will have to add a little pizazz to his usual crisp, black and white look; it's both equally weird and awesome. Even the 18-time Grand Slam champion himself said, "I've never worn anything close to this," according to GQ.

The 35-year-old fully embraced his moment in the fashion spotlight.
