Harriet Dart began Wimbledon by capturing her first Grand Slam win in front of the Duchess of Cambridge. On Thursday, without Kate Middleton in the stands, the Brit won again to take out Beatriz Haddad Maia, 7-6 (4), 3-6, 6-1.

With her ranking of No. 182, Dart needed a wild card to enter Wimbledon. She's been ranked as high as No. 92, and her doubles ranking is No. 112. She's the fourth-highest British player on the WTA tour behind Johanja Konta, Heather Watson and Katie Boulter. She qualified for the Australian Open this year and faced off against her idol Maria Sharapova but won zero games.
