Fritz shows off Hot Wheels skills, Maldives views

While eight players competing at the year-end ATP Finals, the rest of the tour gets to take a couple of weeks off while they wait for 2020 to (finally) be over. Taylor Fritz is making the most of his downtime by spending it with his son and the ocean.

The 23-year-old headed to the Maldives to soak in the sun and take "social distancing to a new level" by hanging out on tiny islands.

Fritz was not alone while at the resort, bringing along his new girlfriend, Morgan Riddle.

The Maldives are an extremely popular destination with tennis players, even this year.

Back home, Fritz shared a video of a Hot Wheels track he helped his son, Jordan, build at home.

The American ended his season at the Paris ATP Masters 1000, losing to Richard Gasquet in the first round. He's heading into 2021 ranked inside of the Top 30 at No. 29.
