From a self-described "big Dua Lipa fan" in Jessica Pegula to the tour's resident Swiftie Iga Swiatek, the WTA Finals stars are picking the celebrity they'd most like to walk the red carpet with.

At Friday's official draw ceremony and gala, the WTA's elite eight took turns naming the famous face they'd most want by their side at a star-studded event like the season-ending WTA Finals.

While Pegula firmly stuck with her music industry choice for her plus-one, Swiatek admitted that "Eras Tour" superstar Swift wasn't the only person she could see herself out on the town with, as the four-time Grand Slam winner also named-dropped Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and actress Julia Roberts.

"It's a tough choice!" Swiatek said.

US Open champion Coco Gauff also couldn't choose between an actor and a singer, so she picked someone who can do a little of both—even if she admitted it was a risky selection.

"Zendaya," Gauff said. "Actually, I don't know, she looks so good so might make me look terrible. No, Zendaya ... if I look bad, she'll look good for the both of us."

Ons Jabeur and Maria Sakkari also went with a silver-screen star (Jessica Albaa and Henry Cavill, respectively), while Aryna Sabalenka picked a fellow athlete (retired soccer star David Beckham), in what may have been a veiled nod to their recent "lowkey Miami morning."

Elena Rybakina and Marketa Vondrousova stayed closer to home with their choices. Rybakina offered a nod to her big sister, Anna, who was already accompanying her to the gala, while Wimbledon champion Vondrousova said she was just happy in the moment.

"I have everyone I need here with me," the Czech said, "so that's pretty special, too."
