Cori "Coco" Gauff extended her Wimbledon winning streak to five matches—taking 10 consecutive sets since the start of qualifying—by beating Magdalena Rybarikova, 6-3, 6-3, under the No. 1 Court roof on Wednesday.

Beyond simply striking the ball well, the 15-year-old is using her wide range of shot shapes to play smart matches, staying calm and steady under a new kind of pressure.

"I think I've kind of reached basically almost the best mentality I can get to," Gauff said. "You always can improve. But right now I feel like the way I'm acting and the way I kind of feel inside—you can kind of fake it till you make it. But I'm not faking it, at least right now."

How she's able to get to that mentality in her first-ever Grand Slam main draw is anyone's guess, but, while another breakout star, Bianca Andreescu, is dedicated to a pre-match practice of "creative visualization," Gauff's strategy is quite different.

"I kind of just watch YouTube videos before my match," she says. "It gets me in a laughing spirit or whatever. Right now I'm going to keep everything the same because it's been working."

What specifically does she watch on YouTube?

"I watch makeup tutorials, I watch vlogging, those kind of social experiments. Right now, I don't know how you pronounce it, UDY ... " she said. "They just do a bunch of pranks. It kind of keeps me laughing. Whatever YouTube recommends me, I kind of watch."

Here, for the curious, is the latest UDY video:

The channel's next two previous videos are called "Will Her Boyfriend Dump Her for Her Best friend?! (insane)" and "SHE'S CHEATING ON BOTH OF THEM!!! (crazy intense)."

"Surprisingly, social media kind of relaxes me before the match," Gauff said. "That's what I kind of do. Not really Instagram so much."

Her aversion to pre-match Instagram makes perfect sense, as it gives anyone with an account the ability to tell you whatever they want, a problem she articulated perfectly to Madison Keys:

Gauff's own Instagram, however, is nothing but positive; her bio includes a link to donate to UNICEF's efforts to help children in Sudan, and her recent stories have said "happy pride month to all my #lgbtqia fans!" and "HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO PLAY FOR MY COUNTRY."

In the third round, she'll play No. 60 Polona Hercog, who ousted Madison Keys in straight sets on Wednesday. If Gauff wants to keep the same state of mind that's gotten her this far, she'll probably be watching YouTube videos beforehand.
