Gigi Fernandez is taking her coaching career to all new heights. The 17-time Grand Slam champion, who has been working with players from the recreational to the professional level for the better part of two decades, is going digital. The former world No. 1 has launched Doubles.TV to help her get all of her doubles knowledge out to recreational players everywhere.
With a subscription, players get a discounted offer for the Gigi Method. Fernandez developed the Gigi Method herself and it's a compilation of strategies she used to reach the top of the doubles game and how recreational players can copy them. She has turned her method into 30 videos that help players get better instantly.
Doubles.TV, which launched on September 6, is Fernandez's subscription service that includes instruction articles, monthly tips, quizzes and pro player analysis. The program is delivered weekly and follows a curriculum to accelerate learning, with feedback from Fernandez herself.
Once a month, the two-time Olympic gold medalist will host a live coaching session where she'll talk about a specific subject and viewers can ask her questions directly. Now you'll be able to say you've been coached by a Hall of Famer.
Fernandez is offering TENNIS and Baseline readers a free four-week trial to Doubles.TV.
