Tennis enthusiast and Wimbledon patron Kate Middleton made her return to SW19 on Friday. The Duchess of Cambridge looked delighted to be back at her favorite tournament and greeted the public before taking in Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares' opening doubles match.

Middleton sat with former world No. 4 Tim Henman on No. 14 Court and was on the edge of her seat during the three-set affair. Murray and Soares finished on top with a 6-1, 6-7 (5), 6-1 win over Nick Monroe and Vasek Pospisil.

The veteran Wimbledon attendee usually takes in matches from the Royal Box, but couldn't miss the thrilling doubles action on the outer court.

The Duchess also brought attention to the hard work that Wimbledon organizers are doing to provide 200 meals per day to those affected by the ongoing pandemic, speaking to the executive chef and even helped put the final touches on a few dishes.

Middleton donned a polka-dotted over-the-knee skirt, with a perfectly tucked in plain white tee for a casual yet elegantly styled look. The outfit was complete with white accessories, white pointed pumps and a Mulberry handbag.

Before heading out, she stopped by the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and looked over the latest additions to the exhibit.
