Serena Williams and Kevin Hart want you to do the workout they just released with the Nike+ Training app.

The 15-minute intermediate level workout is high intensity, and focuses on your back and arms to boost your upper body strength.

"It's hard to kind of push yourself," the 22-time Grand Slam champion says. "But its easier when you have someone in there that’s pushing you."

If you have the app, you’ll find out that neither Williams or Hart are actually in the video but the point is it’s a lot of partner exercises like hand rows and push-up high fives. There’s also a healthy portion of burpees and squats (just what everyone loves).

Williams and Hart make for an odd duo, but the message is clear, grab a partner and get moving.
