No one can say Nick Kyrgios doesn't care. He may be known for his hot-headed antics, but the 22-year-old has a great heart behind his rough Australian exterior. To help with the relief effort in Puerto Rico, Kyrgios has pledged to donate $50 for every ace hit from Beijing until the end of the season.

Initially, he was going to donate $10, but upped the ante.

In the first round in Tokyo, he hit 12 aces, and all of the money will be going to Monica Puig's relief fund.

Kyrgios isn't the only player to donate to the cause. Maria Sharapova has pledged the profits from her Sugarpova website to help Puig's efforts.

The Puerto Rican couldn't be more grateful for the support.

It may be time to start rooting for Kyrgios because the more he plays, the more chances he will get to serve out some aces. He beat Mischa Zverev on Wednesday to set up a quarterfinal showdown with Steve Darcis.
