Mirjana Lucic-Baroni's Australian Open debut was in 1998 when she was 15 years old. With her fairy tale run in Melbourne this year, she took a seat in the Twitter Blue Room to have host Nick McCarvel make her feel really, really old in the most fun way.

The 34-year-old was asked about current things that are taken for granted in the modern era and how she survived the 1990's without Twitter, FaceTime and the Internet in general.

"Obviously we didn't have Twitter in the '90's. We did interviews like this, old fashioned on TV," she said, explaining how she interacted with fans. "Not as cool as the Blue Room, but we did interviews for magazines or TV and that's how people would hear about us."

She also revealed that since FaceTime didn't exist, sometimes her family members or friends would send faxes. Imagine that?

Lucic-Baroni's run would end in the semifinals to someone who also knows plenty of '90s fun facts, 35-year-old Serena Williams.
