There's no better way to celebrate (or in this case, predict?) a big win than with a shopping spree. Before they stormed to the doubles title at the Brisbane International last week, Mirra Andreeva and Diana Shnaider shopped 'til they dropped on Brisbane's iconic James Street.

The youngsters, winners of the Olympic silver medal together last year, will play more events together in doubles in 2025, but were an equally impressive team as the rifled through the racks on what's dubbed "the most stylish street in Brisbane" and tried on some wares from famous Australian labels.

"It is hard, because I can only bring one big suitcase," Andreeva confessed. "That's what my mom tells me, so I don't really ... I cannot really bring a lot of clothes."

Shnaider, meanwhile, took a different approach. She was ready to stock up, because "you don't know how hard it is to get pants to fit our big quads!"

As they strutted their stuff around the shop, trying on some of their favorite items, the two youngsters also dished about some of their favorite things about playing in Australia.

"I enjoy the atmosphere, I always look forward to come back to Australia," Andreeva said, while Shnaider added: "I feel like just people are so kind, and looking for tennis events, so it's always a pleasure to play here."

They'll hope to keep the good vibes going at the first major of the year, where they have both landed in the top half of the singles draw alongside two-time defending champion Aryna Sabalenka and defending finalist Zheng Qinwen.
