Muguruza shares a relationship milestone with boyfriend Arthur Borges

Garbine Muguruza played a perfect offseason match—on the beach with her fashion-executive boyfriend. The 29-year-old packed a runway's worth of gorgeous dresses for her Maldives vacation with Arthur Borges last week.

In between sunbathing and practice sessions, she put on a show posing against palm trees and on swings in long frocks by Spanish designers Charo Ruiz Ibiza and Lola Casademunt.

On the last day, the two-time Grand Slam champion switched it up with a sweeter look, wearing his-and-her matching shirts with Borges in the sand. (Sorry if you were expecting engagement news.)

Muguruza let the photo speak for itself without adding an explanation (or tagging a fashion label to ID the color-blocked shirts), but the subtext is clear: We're in that cheesy phase of love. Or rather, we still are.

It's not the first time they have twinned and grinned. At the US Open, they showed some PDA in identical bubblegum-pink Adidas tees.

Fans are used to seeing the couple in glamorous black-tie get-ups. Muguruza has long been a favorite of high-fashion magazines and designers, and now that she is dating Borges, an executive with menswear couture label Tom Ford, they regularly cut a stunning figure on red carpets. Just before their tropical getaway, they celebrated designer Wes Gordon of Carolina Herrera at a gala event in Madrid.

We can't wait to see what the couple has in store for their holiday parties, matching ugly Christmas sweaters or not.
