It's always tough to speak to press after a loss, but it's just another part of the gig. Understandably, Rafael Nadal wasn't in the mood after losing to Dominic Thiem in the Melbourne quarterfinals on Wednesday, 7-6 (3), 7-6 (4), 4-6, 7-6 (6), and the press got the brunt of it.

At 4:52, a reporter asked, "You seemed quite generally agitated during the match?" to which Nadal said, "Sorry? Nervous? Tired? Frustrated?" as if he didn't quite understand. But he did end up answering:

"Honestly not, I was not frustrated," Nadal said. "I don't seem myself with a negative attitude with the whole match. I give myself all the time and opportunities... I don't see myself frustrated or nervous at all. I just tried my best in every single moment. Sorry.

"If you want to find the better world I am here. I don't know."

So while the Spaniard might not have been agitated on court, he certainly seemed like he was, at least a tiny bit, off of it.
