The tennis world came together for a third year of Miami Open Unites on Monday, putting the game’s best on the front lines of community engagement in partnership with numerous philanthropic initiatives across South Florida.

“This initiative brings our players and volunteers together to make a positive impact on our community, showing that we all can make a difference when we unite for a common cause,” said Miami Open tournament director James Blake. “It is truly a favorite initiative for both the players and staff.”

ATP and WTA stars from Stefanos Tsitsipas and Holger Rune to Marie Bouzkova descended on Miami-Dade county to plant trees, paint houses, and assist with animal adoptions at The Humane Society of Greater Miami.

“Humane Society of Greater Miami cares for the lost and forgotten animals of South Florida,” Casper Ruud wrote on Instagram. “Today we got to be a part of their significant work.”
