Prakash Amritraj become one of the most popular interviewers on tour in 2019 with stops in Monte Carlo, Madrid, London and many more. As Tennis Channel's global correspondent, he traveled to 13 cities, and in 2020, he plans to kick it up a notch.

Amritraj will start his worldwide tour on Thursday at the inaugural ATP Cup in Australia with six days in Brisbane and five in Sydney. From there he will travel to Rotterdam, and then over to Acapulco before the European clay-court swing takes him to Monte Carlo, Stuttgart, Madrid, Rome and the French Open qualifying rounds.

For the grass season, he'll make stops in Berlin and Hamburg, and then journey to one summer hard-court event in Montreal. In the fall, the 36-year-old will travel to Asia for Beijing and the WTA Finals in Shenzhen, before wrapping 2020 up at the Next Gen ATP Finals in Milan and the ATP Finals in London.

He will be covering matches, catching up with players, taking over media days, showing behind-the-scenes action from his life on tour, and much more. During the 11-month season, Amritraj will be visiting 16 different cities—three more destinations than 2019.

Although the tennis season can be daunting, the former world No. 154 is used to the grueling schedule and more than ready to embraces it.

“I’ve always felt being fortunate enough to travel the world as a kid—especially being around the tennis world—was easily my greatest education in life,” Amritraj said. “I feel so fortunate to still have such a beautiful relationship with the game that gave me so much."
