Want to meet the members of the Grammy-winning rock band Paramore? Your local tennis court might be a good place to start.

While accompanying Taylor Swift on the European leg of her globe-trotting Eras Tour, some of the band's musicians made a visit to Wimbledon this week, joining Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic and the other players who've arrived at the All England Club ahead of the year's third Grand Slam.

The band fronted by Hayley Williams is accompanying Swift at all 48 dates of her Europe shows in the latest leg of the tour, including this month's Iga Swiatek-attended show in Liverpool. The lead singer didn't accompany her bandmates on their visit to SW19, though, which apparently took place this week after the group completed Swift's three shows at London's Wembley Stadium.

But Wimblemore, as fans of the band on social media took to cheekily calling the event, was a hit anyway.

"The crossover I didn't know I needed," one wrote, as others cheered their "worlds colliding."

Tennis fans might be surprised to learn that the band's connection to the sport goes much deeper than a quick stop on a day off. Many of the musicians are avid recreational players, no doubt making a visit just days ahead of the start of the Championships a must-do item on their bucket lists.

Drummer Zac Farro in particular has made no secret for his love of the game, and he once even dressed as a giant tennis ball for Halloween. The group has often been photographed goofing around on courts with friends, and tennis venues around Europe have been a recurring theme in many of the bands social media posts throughout the tour. (So much so that it triggered one fan to suggest he start a separate Instagram account to showcase all those courts he plays at.)

But at the crown jewel of tennis venues, these rookies leveled up to some expert tips. The group linked up with former WTA pro Laura Robson on the English lawns, as the one-time junior Wimbledon winner posted a photo on her Instagram story of herself and the band holding racquets together.

We all know that Lorde did it once, but might there be room for another tennis-centric track at the top the Billboard charts? We say yes.
