RUN IT DOWN: Chasing the lob

It’s normal to not know how to react to a lob over you head since you’re suddenly faced with moving backward, and may be hesitant. The best thing to do is to hit a lob back, but in order to get into position, you need to keep the ball in your peripheral vision as you run, and limit the time you spend with your back to your opponent.
