Shaq visits US Open, hangs with Billie Jean King

The basketball legend watched Tuesday's night session.

The one and only Shaquille O'Neal was in the house at the US Open for the Tuesday night session (in which Caroline Wozniacki breezed past a hobbled Anastasija Sevastova and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga retired against Novak Djokovic). Billie Jean King, after which the Grand Slam site is named after, got a photo-op with the basketball legend, and made a very poignant observation. Yes, basketball players are very tall (O'Neill isn't even the tallest at 7'1").

On Friday, the 44-year-old will be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Meanwhile, the US Open Friday schedule will see Djokovic take on Gael Monfils and Stan Wawrinka face Kei Nishikori.
