Birthdays (unless you're someone who hates fun) are supposed to be spent with friends and family, usually at a party. Yet for anyone who has their birthday during this time of social distancing, a proper celebration is tricky.

Maria Sharapova, who turned 33 on Sunday, still managed to make her day special without interacting with other people. The Russian began the celebrations early with a German Tee Cake on Saturday. The next day, on the former world No. 1's actual birthday, she took a sunset road trip with her boyfriend Alexander Gilkes, and picked up lobster rolls to make the most of their quarantined festivities.
