Belinda Bencic may have just fallen out of the Top 10—she dipped from No. 9 to No. 17 this week after points from some of her 2019 results dropped off—but that clearly hasn’t affected her knack for beating Top 10 players.

The reigning Olympic gold medalist battled past No. 9-ranked Angelique Kerber at the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in Prague on Tuesday, 5-7, 6-2, 6-2, to improve her career record against Top 10 players to an impressive 26-22.

And she’s gotten better against Top 10 players in recent years—she was 13-15 against them as of the end of January 2019, but since February 2019 she’s 13-7.
