Escargot or caviar?

Andrey Rublev: “Escobar.”

The world No. 7 once again stole the show after taking part in Tennis Channel’s Burning Questions, Paris Edition. Rublev, along with the likes of Iga Swiatek, Holger Rune and Aryna Sabalenka, were put on the spot to make four 'this or that' selections.

A slight majority went with caviar, though Ons Jabeur, Frances Tiafoe and Coco Gauff were team escargot. Rublev, after inquiring about the meaning of the name and getting help with its pronounciation, also went with the snail-forward dish.

Among the remaining hot topics competitors were asked about included choosing between Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé, eating a croissant or crepe, and taking in Paris by day or night.

Said Rublev about the City of Lights, “At night, it’s quite scary there. I did it a couple of times and I don’t want to do it again.”
