If you dare, practice this advanced shot by using a wall.

The tweener is a shot reserved for advanced players. It’s best to first try it on a wall. Hit a medium-paced serve, then turn around and sprint as you watch for the ball over your head. With an open racquet, make contact between your legs and get ready for the next shot. Practice timing it right so you don’t injure or embarrass yourself.
