Tommy Paul exploded into the ATP’s Top 20 after his breakthrough Australian Open performance, which saw him reach a Grand Slam semifinal for the first time. Off the court, his stock seems to be on the rise too, as the American shared social media snaps of a recent trip to Boston with sponsor New Balance.

While in Boston, Paul paid a visit to the company’s global headquarters, including a state-of-the-art multi-sport facility dubbed “The Track”, which serves as a year-round training center for New Balance athletes. The complex also features a Sports Research Lab, a music venue operated by Bowery Presents and a beer hall.

“So cool finally getting up to Boston and meeting all the talented people behind the scenes at @NewBalance,” Paul wrote on Instagram.

Paul also shared courtside snaps from the Wells Fargo Center, where the Boston Celtics faced the Philadelphia 76ers, including a photo alongside 76ers star Tyrese Maxey.

The 25-year-old, who is the face of the brand’s newly released FuelCell 996v5s, has been sponsored by New Balance since 2021.

"It's great, I love being with a brand that allows me to have so much input into product," Paul told Forbes in an interview last month. "It just confirms that they really care about me as a person and not just an athlete."

But the trip wasn’t just all business for Paul, as Boston is also the hometown of his girlfriend Paige Lorenze. The former skier-turned-influencer and founder of clothing label Dairy Boy was in attendance, featuring on one Instagram snap. The pair have been linked since last fall, with Lorenze, who previously dated disgraced actor Armie Hammer, and Paul posting from ATP Tour stops including London, Stockholm, Vienna, Paris and Melbourne.

The world No. 19 will be back in action next week at his home tournament, the Delray Beach Open, which kicks off on 13 February.

Paul is the No. 2 seed at the ATP 250-level, which is headlined by Taylor Fritz.
