Setting: US Open, first round

Rankings: Norrie, No. 72 vs. Schwartzman, No. 14

Score: 3-6, 4-6, 6-2, 6-1, 7-5

Five-set matches are exciting no matter who is playing. In the first round of the US Open, it was easy to write Cameron Norrie off after the Brit went down by two sets to Schwartzman. Somehow, the 25-year-old powered through, eventually overcoming the Argentinian for the biggest win of his career at a Grand Slam.

It wasn't the prettiest match: they combined to set a US Open record of 58 break-point opportunities and Norrie had to save two match points, but a win is a win. After four hours, Norrie managed to convert enough break points to win the match.

Norrie made the most of his time in Flushing Meadows by reaching the third round for the best run of his career at a major.
