WATCH: Djere smashes hole into court in Sao Paulo

Laslo Djere lost his temper against Malek Jaziri, to say the very least. The 23-year-old Serbian released his frustration with an epic racquet smash, hitting the clay court in Sao Paolo so hard he made a hole.

After the court was quickly patched up, Djere would beat the No. 2 seed 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (2).

Though ranked at a career-high of No. 37, Djere is unseeded at the ATP 250 because his ranking just leapt 53 spots on Monday after he won first ATP crown in Rio. The semifinals will feature a rematch of the Rio final when Djere takes on Canadian teenager Felix Auger-Alliasime.
