Caroline Garcia has been on fire in Asia these past few weeks, but she still makes time for her fans. The Frenchwoman is riding an eight-match winning streak into the Beijing quarterfinals.

Last week in Wuhan, she won the biggest title of her career with wins over Angelique Kerber, Dominika Cibulkova and Ashleigh Barty (in the final).

The 23-year-old was rewarded for winning the Premier 5 title with a career-high ranking of No. 15.

She stands a big shot of finishing the year as the No. 1-ranked Frenchwoman as she's projected to rise to No. 12, one spot ahead of a slumping and injured Kristina Mladenovic.

Garcia will play No. 3 seeded Elina Svitolina on Friday.
