WATCH: Pliskova gets married to Michal Hrdlicka

Karolina Pliskova announced her marriage to fiancé, Michal Hrdlicka. The two wed in a ceremony in Monaco this week.

The pair have been dating since 2016 and were engaged a year ago, but had not publicly revealed the date of the wedding.

The 26-year-old Pliskova is a former No. 1 and is currently No. 9 in the rankings. She was the last remaining Top 10 seed at Wimbledon, where she reached the fourth round.

Hrdlicka, 29, is a TV presenter who also works as Pliskova's manager. Among the guests were Pliskova's twin and fellow WTA player Kristyna, as well as Hrdlicka's daughter from a previous relationship.

Pliskova is next scheduled to play Montreal.
