The world is used to seeing their favorite players in one setting: on court in match outfits. Editorial photographer Radka Leitmeritz recently cracked through the barriers by capturing real moments off court with the WTA's biggest stars.

The pros' off-court fashion can be overlooked, especially as you move further down the ranks. And casual wear, like sweatpants and basic tops, are usually underestimated and underrated—especially for fashion shoots. But that's all changed with Leitmeritz's campaign, Her True Self.

While tennis didn't happen at the 2020 edition of Indian Wells, Leitmeritz was able to capture the top players in photoshoots, right in the midst of all the chaos and uncertainty. Fans love to see what Bianca Andreescu's newest Nike outfit or Sofia Kenin's Fila attire will be, but they're getting another taste of how these women express themselves.

Andreescu unveiled a soft, neutral swimsuit look as a part of Leitmeritz's collaboration with the WTA. Over the course of a few days at Indian Wells, Leitmeritz would capture numerous players in their "true" element.

The photoshoot collaboration is one of the few positives of the start of the tour shutdown.

"All of the players were kind of stranded with nowhere to go," Leitmeritz told Baseline. "It was good because the players had more time."

With no matches held, the players put away their planned match kits for more laidback attire. Causal wear looked different on everyone. Barbora Strycova likes to keep things simple in floral wrap dresses, while Amanda Anisimova opts for cozy tees.

The world gives the most attention to the top names who win the most matches, but the WTA has a lot of depth, and a lot of style.
