Dominika Cibulkova is back inside the Top 10 after reaching the semifinals of Stanford. The Slovakian is 23-5 over her previous seven tournaments, including two titles and a quarterfinal run at Wimbledon. Her move up matches the career high for the former Australian Open finalist. She’s set to open against qualifier Mariana Duque-Marino in Montreal.
