Champion, ITF W60 (Charlottesville, VA)

The 2021 is a season of firsts for many players. For Claire Liu, this means the biggest singles title of her career. The young player defeated Xinyu Wang despite losing the first set. She won the USTA Pro Circuit event in Virginia, another milestone in her 2021 season.

Quarterfinalist, ATP Challenger 50 (Salinas, Ecuador)

For his first quarterfinals of the 2021 season, Kevin King headed to Ecuador. Despite losing to Agustin Velotti in straight sets, the American continues to improve on the Challenger Tour as the year goes on. This is his first quarterfinal appearance since March 2020 at Monterrey.

Semifinalist, ITF W15 (Monastir, Tunisia)

It has been a long time since Dasha Ivanova reached a semifinal. For the first time since February 2020, the American almost made it to the final, although she eventually lost to Daniela Vismane after winning the first set.

Quarterfinalist, ITF W60 (Charlottesville, VA)

The American has seen an improvement in her 2021 season. After winning her first WTA doubles title less than a month ago, Baptiste has reached the quarterfinals in Charlottesville, her second quarterfinal showing of the year. The teenager is beginning to have a breakthrough year and we still have 7 months to go until the end of the season.
