Bjorn Borg’s second wife, the Italian signer Loredana Berte, claims she is still married to the Swede, a charge that he denies. Berte alleges that Borg never officially divorced her in order to avoid paying alimony. Berte said that when she went to vote earlier this year she was told by Italian authorities that she is still listed as “Mrs. Borg.” Borg, who married fellow Swede to Patricia Ostfeldt in 2002, told the Swedish press that the charges are “bull----.”
