After winning the Australian Open wild card playoff, Casey Dellacqua says that she wants to rejoin the Top 100 in singles.
The former world No. 39 had a good 2013 season in doubles, finishing in the Top 10 with her teenage partner, Ashleigh Barty. The world No. 141 is now riding a 14-match winning streak as she recently won back-to-back Challengers.
"I haven't felt like I've played this good for years," the 28-year-old Dellacqua told the Australian media. “Even when I won all those matches at the 2008 Aussie Open, I still feel like I'm probably a little bit all-round a better player now.
"At this point in my career, I definitely feel like a more complete player. Definitely my goal now is to get back into the top 100 ASAP.”
