Novak Djokovic has plenty of family company at the Indian Wells Masters, with newborn son Stefan among those joining him at the tournament.

The Serb won the Australian Open, his eighth Grand Slam title, with his family at home. But wife Jelena Ristic and the now four-month-old Stefan are with him in Indian Wells this week, along with their two pet dogs, leaving Djokovic with his hands full while not playing.

"He's here, and both dogs are here," he told press at Indian Wells, jokingly adding, "For me right now, speaking to you guys is like a holiday."

The world No. 1, who has lost only two matches since his son was born, repeated how satisfying he finds fatherhood. "It's amazing to be a father, to become a parent," he said, "to share the joy of raising a child."

Djokovic defeated Marcos Baghdatis in his first match of the tournament, 6-1, 6-3.
