Merry Christmas to those who celebrated it yesterday. Here's a quartet of top stories you may have missed during the holidaze:

COZY COMPATRIOTS Sloane Stephens and Jack Sock, two of the most promising players among the current crop of U.S. pros, got close for a photo that Stephens shared on Instagram yesterday with the caption "Merry Christmas from us." No word yet as to whether they are indeed dating, with both staying mum about the matter on Twitter—despite the image causing fans to froth about the potential pairing.

GAME NIGHT WITH THE RODDICKS  Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker participated in the special holiday edition of Hollywood Game Night on NBC, hosted by Glee's Jane Lynch. Ray Romano and Gavin Degraw were also in play for the game show, which turned into an extended improv comedy bit for the most part. "Oh, I'm glad I'm playing actors in movie games!" Roddick exclaimed after his wife schooled him during one particular contest. Even so, sartorial kudos to him for matching the laces in his Sperry shoes to his blue button-up. SHAPE-APOVA Maria Sharapova dispenses workout fashion advice and talks about designing her own shoe for Nike: "It's creative, and it's personal, and there are certain colors that I like that I want to add." The result: "Vault," a green tone that she makes pop against neutral fitness attire.
