Tommy Haas has withdrawn from the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells. Haas hit with Roger Federer in Los Angeles last week but apparently isn't ready for a return to the tour. He underwent season-ending right hip surgery in February 2010. The 32-year-old Haas also underwent right elbow surgery in March of 2010.—Matthew Cronin
